Speaking Your Truth Even When It's Difficult

Many of the women have expressed recently a fear of "saying the wrong thing" when speaking their truths. Or a fear of their words not being received with love and getting their needs met from another. So I decided to share a video on this and always speaking from a place of loving truth, as well as, discerning that sometimes the most empowered action is to not speak at all. But that does not mean you cannot express! Please enjoy. And I would love to hear reflection from you, or even stories of when you spoke your truth and the words were not well received, yet the outcome was in your highest good.
